In general, all the rooms are ready to host our guests between 2 pm and 4 pm.
During the high season, the interval mentioned above can stretch according to the rooming list of the day. however, our guests can always check their luggage into our luggage room and check into the room when it is ready.
On the day of the check-out, our guests are politely asked to empty the room before mid-day, a closure to the stay is established through the making of the payment.

Reservations and cancellations

Reservation conditions
Reservations are only valid upon the receipt of a 50% deposit – can be paid by credit card or otherwise through PayPal – and detailed booking confirmation. the pending amount of the payment can be done upon arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the case of an invalid credit card or otherwise an incomplete reservation.
All cash transactions can only be done using Euros.
Our hotel, “Les Terrasses d’Essaouira”, accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard et American Express, and we possess a PCI DSS compliant system that protects all sensitive

Altering or canceling a reservation

All alteration and cancelation requests should be done through email using the following adress contact@les-terrasses-essaouira.com or over the phone using the following number: 00 212 5 24 47 51 14. (Morocco)
The inquiry takes effect once the Hotel “Les Terrasses d’Essaouira” confirms and agrees to the inquiry by writing.
In the case of a modification or cancellation of the stay, the following conditions apply (extreme cases can be discussed) :
• In the case of a no-show after the prospective check-in date, Les Terrasses d’Essaouira reserves the right to keep the deposit.
• When a guest checks-into the room, the full fee of the stay is charged, even if they leave earlier for example.

The cancellation of any reservation made through a booking channel is to be done on the said channel. hence, the cancellation conditions that will apply are the once chosen by the company in question and they may differ from those of the Hotel.
If a guest decides to extend his stay, they are ought to inform the reception prior to 10 am of their original check-out day.
